Be a part of the Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire as a vendor or merchant! We welcome vendors and artisans working in mediums such as blacksmithing and swords, leather work, pottery, sculpture, candle making, jewelry, and garb just to name a few!

Vendor Faire Rules:

1.     All Merchants must exhibit and be present during all five days of the Faire from 9:30am-5:00pm. Set up dates will be announced soon.

2. You will not have access to faire site between weekends. This rule is in effect to protect our vendors. Trespass warrants will be issued to those entering site without authorization.

3.     Faire Area is gated. Uniformed security will be on site from 6:00 pm-6:00 am during overnight faire days.

4.     An accepted application is a commitment to participate in the Faire, and no refunds will be made for cancellations.

5.     Each Merchant is responsible for collecting Florida state sales tax (7%) on sales made during the Faire. A copy of Florida State Sales Tax Certificate is required. Temporary Applications are available from our office.

6.     There are no animals permitted on the Faire site. Only certified service animals are allowed.

7.     All Merchants will wear appropriate Renaissance costumes.

8.     Booths must be a period shelter in keeping with the Renaissance Era.

9.     Vehicle traffic in Village will not be permitted after 9:00 am or before 5:30 pm.

10.   Smoking is only allowed in bar areas.

11.   Camping is not allowed at site or in parking areas. Campers and RVs are not allowed on the Faire grounds. Please make other arrangements with vendor materials.

  • Please note that the pathways are roughly 8 feet wide and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles; plan accordingly.

12.   There will be a $25 Clean-up Fee required for all Merchants. This fee will be refunded after the Merchant’s area has been inspected and found to be free of all garbage, trash, paper and boxes.

13.   Any merchant who sells weapons, alcohol or alcohol related items such as flasks to a patron under 18, not accompanied by an adult, will be permanently banned from the faire. 

14.  Shipments can be accepted at site.

Application Requirements Must Include:

o   Completed Application Form (will be available in April)

o   All fees: Booth space, electric services, and late fees (if any).

o   New merchants/vendors must provide 1-5 photos showing merchandise and booth and must be emailed to EdFoundation@lake.k12.fl.us. Please note that your vendor application will not be accepted until pictures of your booth set up and merchandise are sent via email.

o   Food, Games, and Ride Merchants must include proof of insurance with Education Foundation 2045 Pruitt Street Leesburg, FL 34748 as additionally insured for $1,000,000 by October 10, 2025.

DEADLINES:

Applications must be submitted no later than September 15, 2025 or a late fee of 20% is to be included. If not included, we will assess fees before your booth can be set up. Incomplete packages will not be considered. Once a Merchant/Vendor has been accepted payment methods will be sent via email.

The deposited fees are non-refundable.
