Ticket Refund Policy

We live in unprecedented times when uncertainty reigns.

The safety of our cast, volunteers and Ren Faire guests is of the utmost importance. Should we make the difficult decision to cancel or shorten the Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire, the following refund policy will apply. 

All advanced ticket holders will be offered a refund, minus fees, upon request.  Ticket holders may email edfoundation@lake.k12.fl.us to make the request. The refund request must be made up to 3 days before the ticketholder’s purchased date of entry.

Ticketholder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited.
